If you need a commercial presence in Lebanon and the region, we act as a licensed local representative — handling registration, tender participation on your behalf, technical presentation to clients, and the after-sales and spare parts presence that distinguishes a real agency from a nameplate.
We maintain a vendor list across civil trades, mechanical and electrical works, IT and security installation, plant hire and materials supply. Registration is open year round; approval depends on documentation, capacity, safety record and references — not on who you know.
Some tenders are larger than any single party should carry. We form consortia with contractors and technology providers where the combination is genuinely stronger, with scope boundaries and liability allocation agreed in writing before submission rather than after award.
Engineers, project managers, technicians, developers and skilled trades work across our six divisions — which means more varied work than a single-discipline employer can offer. We recruit for both our own projects and for client deployments.
Workforce & manpower
Our manpower and workforce management capability exists because the quality of a facility management or construction contract is ultimately the quality of the people on site. We recruit, vet, train, supervise and payroll our own teams — and we supply that same capability to clients who need capacity without the administrative burden of direct employment.

The process is deliberately documentary rather than relational. If your paperwork and references are in order, registration is straightforward.
Send your company profile, trade licences, registration documents and the categories of work or supply you want to be considered for.
We verify registration, insurance, tax standing and, for site trades, your safety record and any relevant certifications.
For technical categories we review references and, where the work warrants it, visit your premises or a recent project.
Approved vendors are added to the category list and included in enquiries as relevant packages come up. Listings are reviewed periodically.
