Lebanese Joint-Stock Company Registered in Beirut, Lebanon

Six divisions. Fourteen licensed activities. One contracting party.

Every activity below sits inside ICD International S.A.L. — not a network of affiliates. Engage a single division for a focused scope, or combine several under one integrated contract with one programme and one point of accountability.

Division 01

Construction & Infrastructure

We take on civil scopes as a principal contractor, not as a broker. Our teams price the work, hold the programme and run the site. Because the group also holds the electrical, mechanical and technology licences, the trades that normally sit outside a civil contract stay inside ours.

We act as main contractor on building and civil packages, carrying full responsibility for programme, cost, subcontractor performance and site safety from mobilisation through to handover and the defects liability period.

Typical engagements

  • Public building and institutional works packages
  • Design-and-build contracts at fixed price
  • Rehabilitation and structural strengthening
  • Turnkey packages combining civil, electrical and IT scopes

New-build and refurbishment across administrative, educational, healthcare, commercial and industrial premises. We manage the full sequence — substructure, frame, envelope, finishes — and the mechanical and electrical coordination that usually decides whether a programme holds.

Typical engagements

  • Administrative and government buildings
  • Schools, training centres and institutes
  • Clinics, laboratories and healthcare premises
  • Warehouses, workshops and light industrial units

Site and network infrastructure: earthworks, roads, drainage, water and power reticulation, and the external works that connect a building to the services around it — delivered with our own supervision and directly procured materials.

Typical engagements

  • Access roads, hardstanding and site preparation
  • Drainage, sewerage and stormwater networks
  • Water supply and distribution networks
  • Underground ducting for power and telecom

Division 02

Technology & Digital Solutions

A technology division that can also pull cable, fit out a server room and install the generator behind it is a different proposition from a software house. We deliver the application layer and the physical infrastructure it depends on, under one contract.

Custom applications built around how an organisation actually works: case and workflow management, licensing and permitting, asset registers, internal portals and reporting tools. Delivered in stages so usable functionality lands before the whole system is finished.

Typical engagements

  • Workflow and case management platforms
  • Internal portals and staff-facing systems
  • Asset, inventory and licensing registers
  • Integration between existing systems

Applied models with a defined operational purpose — document classification, forecasting, anomaly detection, computer vision over an existing camera estate. We scope AI where it measurably removes manual work, and say so plainly when it does not.

Typical engagements

  • Record digitisation with automated classification
  • Demand and consumption forecasting
  • Anomaly detection in operational data
  • Video analytics over existing CCTV

Getting organisational data into one reliable place and then making it answer questions: cleansing and migration, reporting pipelines, and dashboards that leadership can read without a technical intermediary.

Typical engagements

  • Legacy data migration and cleansing
  • Centralised reporting and dashboards
  • Operational KPI monitoring
  • Bulk document digitisation and indexing

Connected systems for buildings and municipalities: metering, sensors, building automation and the control layer above them. Because the same group carries out the electrical and civil work, the hardware gets installed properly the first time.

Typical engagements

  • Smart metering for power and water
  • Building management and automation
  • Municipal monitoring deployments
  • Sensor networks with central dashboards

Connectivity design and installation across sites and campuses — structured cabling, fibre, wireless backhaul, and the internal networks that carry voice and data between buildings and branches.

Typical engagements

  • Structured cabling and campus fibre
  • Point-to-point wireless links
  • Inter-branch network connectivity
  • Voice and unified communications

Server rooms and data-centre builds handled end to end: room preparation, racks, power, cooling, fire suppression, physical access control, and the network and server hardware inside.

Typical engagements

  • Server room design and build
  • UPS, power distribution and precision cooling
  • Racks, cabling and network hardware
  • Disaster recovery and secondary sites

Division 03

Facility & Operations Management

Construction ends; operations do not. This division keeps assets available, secure and staffed — often on buildings we delivered ourselves, just as often on estates we inherit from someone else.

Planned preventive and reactive maintenance for government, industrial, commercial and administrative buildings. We take on the whole estate — mechanical, electrical, plumbing, cleaning and grounds — against measurable service levels rather than best endeavours.

Typical engagements

  • Hard and soft FM across multi-building estates
  • Planned preventive maintenance programmes
  • Reactive call-out with defined response times
  • Energy and consumption management

Electronic security designed, installed and maintained as one system rather than assembled from disconnected products: CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and the monitoring arrangements behind them.

Typical engagements

  • CCTV design, installation and monitoring
  • Card and biometric access control
  • Intrusion detection and alarm systems
  • Perimeter protection and gatehouse control

Vetted, trained personnel supplied at scale, with payroll, compliance and on-site supervision handled by us. Clients gain capacity without absorbing the administrative and regulatory burden of direct employment.

Typical engagements

  • Technical and skilled trades deployment
  • Operations, maintenance and cleaning teams
  • Project-duration workforce mobilisation
  • Outsourced administrative and support staff

Division 04

Energy & Utilities

In markets where grid power and municipal water cannot be taken for granted, continuity becomes an engineering problem. We design, install and maintain the systems that solve it — and then stay on to keep them running.

Grid-tied, hybrid and off-grid photovoltaic systems sized against real consumption data rather than nameplate assumptions, with battery storage where the load profile actually justifies the cost.

Typical engagements

  • Rooftop and ground-mount PV arrays
  • Hybrid solar, generator and battery systems
  • Off-grid installations for remote sites
  • Performance monitoring and maintenance

Internal and external electrical installations — distribution, lighting design, street and area lighting, and the remedial upgrades that bring ageing installations back to a defensible standard.

Typical engagements

  • Building electrical installation and distribution
  • Interior and architectural lighting
  • Street, road and area lighting
  • Compliance remediation and upgrades

Supply, installation, synchronisation and maintenance of standby generation, including automatic transfer, fuel storage and acoustic treatment for sites where noise is a planning constraint.

Typical engagements

  • Generator supply and commissioning
  • Automatic transfer and synchronisation panels
  • Fuel storage and management systems
  • Servicing and emergency response contracts

Water access and distribution for agricultural and institutional users — borehole drilling, pumping, and irrigation networks engineered around the crop, the terrain and the available head.

Typical engagements

  • Borehole drilling and well development
  • Pump supply, installation and control
  • Drip and sprinkler irrigation networks
  • Agricultural project and equipment supply

Treatment and distribution for potable, process and waste water — sized for individual buildings, communities or industrial sites, with maintenance regimes that keep output within compliance limits.

Typical engagements

  • Potable water treatment and filtration
  • Wastewater treatment plants
  • Reservoirs, tanks and distribution networks
  • Water quality monitoring and maintenance

Division 05

Trading & Supply

A supply operation with real import channels, storage and transport behind it. When a project needs equipment on site by a fixed date, the difference between a trader and a supplier is logistics — and we own that part.

Direct sourcing from manufacturers and authorised channels, with customs clearance, documentation and final delivery handled as a single service rather than passed between intermediaries.

Typical engagements

  • Manufacturer-direct sourcing and import
  • Export and re-export arrangements
  • Customs clearance and documentation
  • Consolidated procurement for multi-line orders

Cable, switchgear, distribution equipment, lighting and installation materials supplied against the actual bill of quantities and phased to the construction programme rather than dumped on site in one delivery.

Typical engagements

  • Switchgear, panels and distribution equipment
  • Cable and containment systems
  • Lighting fixtures and control gear
  • Installation consumables at project volumes

Import and distribution of foodstuffs for institutional catering, hospitality and retail, handled under the storage and transport conditions each category requires.

Typical engagements

  • Institutional and catering supply
  • Dry, ambient and chilled categories
  • Bulk and contract supply agreements
  • Scheduled replenishment programmes

Equipping facilities rather than simply selling into them: specification support during design, supply, installation, commissioning and familiarisation for the staff who will use the equipment.

Typical engagements

  • Clinical and laboratory equipment
  • Classroom, laboratory and training equipment
  • Office and institutional furniture
  • Installation, commissioning and warranty support

Movement and storage of project materials — inland transport, heavy and oversized loads, warehousing, and the delivery scheduling that keeps a site supplied without becoming a laydown yard.

Typical engagements

  • Inland and cross-border transport
  • Heavy and oversized load movement
  • Warehousing and inventory holding
  • Site delivery scheduling and coordination

Construction plant and equipment available with or without operators, on short-term or contract-length hire, maintained by us for the duration of the agreement.

Typical engagements

  • Earthmoving and lifting plant
  • Power generation and compressors
  • Access equipment and scaffolding
  • Operated hire with maintenance included

Division 06

Advisory & Representation

What happens before a contract is signed usually determines whether it succeeds. This division handles the studies, the structuring, and the partnerships that make a bid credible and a project fundable.

Feasibility, technical and cost studies produced to the standard funding bodies and procurement committees expect — with assumptions stated openly so they can be challenged and defended.

Typical engagements

  • Feasibility and options studies
  • Technical due diligence
  • Cost estimation and budget validation
  • Specification and tender document preparation

Independent programme and contract management on projects we are not building ourselves: planning, cost control, quality assurance and reporting carried out on the client's behalf.

Typical engagements

  • Programme planning and critical path control
  • Cost control and variation management
  • Site supervision and quality assurance
  • Stakeholder and progress reporting

Acting as the local commercial arm for international manufacturers and contractors — market access, regulatory navigation, and a real after-sales presence on the ground rather than a mailbox.

Typical engagements

  • Exclusive and non-exclusive agency arrangements
  • Local market entry support
  • Regulatory and registration handling
  • After-sales service and spare parts presence

Preparing and submitting compliant bids, and forming consortia where a scope is larger than any single party should reasonably carry alone.

Typical engagements

  • Tender qualification and compliance review
  • Bid preparation and submission
  • Consortium and joint-venture formation
  • Post-award contract negotiation

How we engage

A predictable route from first enquiry to signed contract.

Whether the scope sits in one division or five, the process we follow is the same — and we will tell you early if we are not the right party for the work.

Scope review

You send the requirement, drawings or tender documents. We confirm within a few working days whether it falls inside our licensed and practical capability.

Technical response

Our division leads produce a method statement, resource plan and programme, flagging assumptions and any information we still need from you.

Commercial proposal

A priced submission with a clear scope boundary, payment structure and the corporate and compliance documentation your procurement process requires.

Mobilisation

On award, a named programme manager takes ownership of delivery across every division involved, with a single reporting line back to you.

Need a scope that crosses several of these divisions?

That is the work we are built for. Send the requirement and we will come back with a single integrated proposal rather than five separate quotations.
